Dr. Vibhuti R. Gavit provides strategic leadership and academic–institutional guidance for the overall development of the college. She plays an important role in institutional planning, academic advancement, quality assurance, infrastructure development, and strengthening of educational and administrative systems.

Her responsibilities include facilitating effective coordination between the Management, Principal, teaching faculty, administrative staff, and institutional committees to support the systematic implementation of academic and developmental initiatives. She promotes a culture of continuous quality improvement, professional excellence, research orientation, student development, and community engagement.

Through her leadership and guidance, the institution strives to strengthen its academic environment and uphold the standards of Ayurvedic education, healthcare, research, and holistic student development in accordance with applicable regulatory and university frameworks.
